N. IL | Second year on 7250. Last year was chassis harness (not right from factory).
Year 2- Fuel pump cracked open, feeder chain jumping ($3K), and injectors bad. Lost 7 good days of harvest this fall. Several times was on Saturday, couldn't get all parts until Monday. Dealer is excellent, but combine is questionable.
I assume the feederhouse will need attention next year and then the transition cone. They still don't have these things fixed.
The legacy combines were generally trouble free for first few years. These are great when they run, but more trouble than I can remember with any other red combines we have had. | |
