McCanna, ND | Starting at the front, black ace feederhouse silencer kit. Align the gearbox on the feederhouse. Put some hard facing on the lower transition cone to feederhouse tin work. Install a cone liner. Weld the plug holes in the side of the straw chopper and rebalance. Weld some sheet metal where the chopper throws everything going out the back. Put liners all over in the grain tank, hardface the bubble up and vertical unload auger, change the lower unload gearbox seal every few years if the combine spends a lot of time outside. Should cover most of it, I’ve added a few grease zerks as well | |
