| Common problems we’ve had on every flagship
1- Plugged air filter all the time (I know clean out pipe between filter and exhaust) but it doesn’t always stay open.
2- Feeder house chain either running crooked or noise coming from the feeder house.
3- Clean grain elevator chain breaking paddles and augers wearing out, transition cones wearing.
4- Unload system chains breaking or 90 degree gearbox in auger elbow going out.
5- Spreader doesn’t spread well, whale tail divider breaking off.
All of this happens within 1,000 separator hours, most of it happens closer to 500 hours. | |
