Comparing ivermectin wholesale manufacturing cost to retail hospital charges of Remdesevir is not apples to apples cost analysis, but suffice it to say, ivermectin is considerably cheaper.
Where Ivermectin helps in later stage is because of its anti inflammatory properties. But it is certainly less helpful at that stage and studies show its lower efficacy.
I need to watch it again. There are probably some points I missed.
