I thought Clostridium botulism liked anaerobic conditions. Shows you how much I forget. As far as acidic foods...I wonder if the reason pasta sauce is in glass containers is because of the acidity? But tomato sauces and soups are in tin coated steel cans.
As far as being a prepper goes, I need to check out some of those websites that I know are out there.
