NW Ohio,near Findlay | Thanks to the last three posters, yes I know where that valve is, did not know about the check valve thing, will keep that in mind. Removing the top plate and cleaning the sleeve will check that out. Again, low mileage truck and it run sooo good before and just stop has me stumped. I have to many things to finish up in my small excavation projects, just haven't forced myself to get the problem solved.
I will ask, I just had both head gaskets replaced, compression in water, and that fixed that problem. Injectors were removed from heads, had to clean up head surface some. Everything was working good, and just stopped, going to check if injector pump is even turning. Going to find a service book somewhere, all my contacts don't have them anymore on those motors. | |
