I've found your posts about dealers to be more antagonistic than what most others post. That's why I'm assuming you've got a hate for dealers. Your other post made some pricing assumptions about markup and suggested margins that we don't see at our dealership. So yes, I'll say some of your post was untrue. But that's besides the point. I don't worry about what a farmer's profit is when I do business with them. All I worry about is whether we can come to a pricing agreement (my background is sales, but I don't do that anymore). That's really all that should be worried about. If you have options more appealing to you than your dealer, you'd be crazy not to use them. I'm not one of those who believes a dealer is owed loyalty. Again, farmers and dealers seem to prosper in similar percentages. If dealers were the gougers you seem to be claiming, or the farming environment was so much more difficult, then you would see a different result.
