Area picked out adjacent to shop, an area close to both 220 power & water. Everything else is up in the air. Here's my thoughts. 30' X 30' concrete all sloping one direction so I can scrape off and remove mud with backhoe when needed. Build a small room to house steam washer & supplies. Any advice would be apprecieated (sp)!
