Surely you realize that there are lots of parts customers who your "techs" seldom or never see. Why should we have to subsidize you?

Paying high parts prices for parts which are in stock and available is justifiable. Paying high parts prices to have the guy at the parts desk take my part number and order it, then charge me the markup plus charge me for the freight just doesn't sit so well. Wouldn't it be more logical to just let me order it from the manufacturer and leave all the dead weight out of the process?
