Had the same thing happen to my account. I didn’t have 2 factor authentication set up. Hacker got my password, set up two factor in their name and directed the code to their device. Facebook has zero customer service. Emails go no where. I tried doing their “send us your ID” thing. It got no where. All my pictures and posts are gone. I ended up setting up a brand new account. Lessons learned: set up two factor authentication right away.
