Not from what I've heard from some local contractors, as long as it's ordered correctly... Need to have columns, at least 5 foot in ground, and have columns 8' o.c. Then it's just like the lumber yard, only much cheaper.
Columns 8' on centre is a pretty cheap building. The two we have built are both 4' on centre...probably overkill but I don't liked having to do things over.
