Difference between disc chisel and coulter chisel?

In my opinion, a disk chisel has a full disk gang in front, may or may not be spring loaded and may be concave or straight disks. A coulter chisel would have individual coulters (ususally spring loaded) in front, one for each chisel shank and ususally straight blades.
