Simplest terms it's a dozer blade with an auger in front of it to fill in trenches from a tiling machine .
The thing that would concern me about a front 3pt hitch backfiller would be the constant side pressure on the tractor frame I know there are some mounted on rear 3 pts but there's more meat there.
