| Jory Parks has 40+ addresses and a criminal history a mile long. He played out his last scam (a construction business called Heart Cross Ranch Designs) until he had burned every bridge around Logan/Colby/Sharon Springs Kansas. If you can think of it, he has done it.... Stolen equipment, unpaid charges to the local businesses in the tens of thousands of dollars, countless civil judgements and liens against him... some criminal charges too of course.
I am "ground zero" for his latest trucking scheme (Heart Cross Ranch Trucking). I bought hay from farmers down in Central Nebraska, Jory Parks was paid ahead of time to deliver them to me in Wyoming. Jory picked up the hay I paid for just fine!.... then took it down the road and sold it. Even better, he moved the stolen hay with a stolen semi! Wrote a hot check for it.
While he was robbing me blind, he told me all sorts of lies as to why I hadn't seen the hay including "broken down semi", "my daughter is in the hospital with RSV" and "my whole family has covid".
We have now located 3 other ranchers from Montana and Wyoming who have given him a down payment and recieved nothing, with excuses ranging from broken down semi to "I was in the hospital". Altogether, the damage for us is right around $62,000.
