Subject: RE: Saltine cracker shortages?

southern MN
In our Midwest farming, we produce a crop in 2021 that livestock eats in 2022 that gets processed into human food into 2023 and even 2024.

I realize fruits and veggies from the west coast and the canning crops here are a more immediate production and consumption deal.

We have a pretty robust food supply chain with the multiple year deal. We can speed up or slow down a little to deal with problems.

If these fertilizer, herbicide, iron, and electronics issues continues into 2022, we could have some food issues come 2024. Consumers won’t realize what is coming or why......
