Nw Iowa | I agree Barren, I am not pro union, but JD has made obscene amount of money. Everybody has to make some of the pie to keep the quality and the pride of workmanship up and to feel your not a pawn. It is kinda of sad, without unions mfg’s misuse labor, with unions, it gets to be a communist form of work environment where everybody only does one job with no real reward for working more efficiently or harder. Would think there has to be a better way. Once a union shop, a lot of creativity that some non union shops have disappear. | |
