Rich.....it is right off the right foot petal as mentioned above, 2 screws to remove the cover. Flat screw driver and a small adjustable wrench from there. Easy to do once youve done it. Then replace the oil/filter as well and its as good as new. Email me if you dont get the instructions, I'll see if I can dig out the manual from ours.
