North Dakota | I'm too lazy to go and find a steering wheel puller and the correct bolts, and sometimes I'm out in the country and don't have access to one. So loosen the nut up a turn or two and take a 9/16 deep well socket and put my knees under the steering wheel, push up on the wheel and give the socket a nice big whack with a 3 lb hammer. They usually take a couple of tries but they come loose a bit then you can rock them to get them off. | |
