Good Chiropractors, like good Drs, can help. They can get the spine streight and most will take pic's to ensure where the problem lies within the spine. If it's only mussle, they can help relax them and feel better sooner. Ya, you may heal on your own, but a good chiropractor can help to heal faster . . . .
