NW Washington | Do you have chiropractors in Alberta? The last time I screwed up my back with the leg pain and all I ended up at a chiropractor after the regular doc gave me gut killing muscle relaxing pills and started talking about surgery. Knock on wood, but after about a half a dozen trips to the bone crusher and lots of ice packs I was over the pain and that was years ago. I have read that the recovery from back pain is about the same with or without surgery.
For starters take ibuprofen, (Advile or Motrin) and start doing a lot of walking. | |
