None of those greases show a very good four ball weld test, highest was 315kg and some at 250kg.

I use a different brand then you have listed but it’s 500kg rated on the four ball weld, 60lb timken load rating and a low washout long life grease.

I would find a dedicated oil/grease supplier and buy something with higher specs. The grease I buy is still only $3.XX a tube.

What grease do you use? I’ve never heard of the four ball test; what does it determine?

Four ball weld test is simulating a bushing/pin under pressure. That’s how many Kilograms of force it takes to have the ball seize up, good measure of the grease under extreme pressure. A good moly grease will max the test out at 800kgs, a decent lithium grease is 400kgs. Timken load test isn’t as important but I prefer 60lbs or higher. I switched to farm oyl poly supreme a year ago and am about ready to say it’s a top notch grease. It stays in bushings way better then the lithium grease I used to use.
