I used to watch markets like a hawk and always try to hit seasonal highs. I wasn't that good at it... My approach now is to take my entire crop at aph, and divide by 72. That's the number of weeks between Jan 1, and June 1 the following year. I sell 1/72 of my crop every Wednesday with out fail. It's been working pretty darn well, and it takes no thought or effort.
