| Thanks for your replies. I hoping to find some tips that I have not tried and you did provide those. The 20 hp 3 phase that has been giving me all the trouble has sealed bearings so lubrication is impossible. I have listened to it without load and do not notice any issues. It did finally run for 12 hours last night. It has been kicking out every 2 hours. I tend to think it is the magnetic resets but it had run previousily 72 hours straight. I need to get an amp reading on it to see whats going on. The electrician is suppose to be out this am to check.
I have 3 20 hp motors. 2 are open design and 1 is enclosed. Any preferences out there and how about brand? | |
