If it's only pushing on the ends, your wings are probably too heavy. Try lightening them up by moving the compression link (round rod) toward the end of the head. You probably won't have to move it much. If you adjust it too far, you will know it because the wings won't stay on the ground. See the attached document on how to adjust wing balance. Also, the head will work better if you have your faceplate in the middle or 3/4 forward.
