Check the rollers and small cables under the white height gauge. Roller centers build up with chaff and need cleaned out every couple days. Just use some air and blow that whole area out. Also lube little bushing on shaft for sensor. Ours was doing something similar and have a friend who works for macdon tell me this. Was night and day difference after doing that.
