Some of the farm supply store zerk/needle units can remove the needle, then go to the vet supply and get something really small like a 22 ga which will fit onto the zerk stem.   That little needle will slide between the seal and race in tight spots, trouble is it wants to pop off the stem when pumping grease so have to pump really slow.   I have drilled and greased a lot of ball bearings, think most of them would have died long ago if left alone.
