I suggest opening the sieve a little more. Also, check the tailings for excessive clean grain going through it. That would be another indicator of the sieve being set too close. I don't think you would blow corn over the shoe with more air. It has been a while since I was around the Titan's but I don't remember having any problem blowing grain over.
