I have a perfect location for one....I don't want to own it, I want the manure. Would have 400 acres within a mile. The only problem is the second closest neighbor have been lifelong friends, and since they quit raising hogs 30 years ago, they don't want to smell mine. The site would be a third of a mile to their northeast. They'd hardly ever smell it. Not sure that would matter. They'd be pissed.
