| I recently bought a T8.275 with 1000 hours on it and Engine Fault Code keeps coming on intermittently. The last 2x my New Holland tech came out
and plugged it into his laptop, it showed no fault codes. The first time the NH tech came out it showed low voltage and software faults. The first tech updated all the software
and we put new batteries in the tractor. Ran for awhile and the Engine Fault Code came on again. Yet is shows no issues nothing when he hooked it up to his computer. He said the tractor was fine
and go ahead and use it while they submitted the issue to NH.
The tractor's fan runs very fast when that Engine Fault code appears; so we had a NH tech come out again (3rd x). Again nothing appears when hooked to laptop; so told us to continue using it cuz tractor is fine.
Although, while working wheat stubble field the fan idler pulley snapped the bolt on the bracket attaching it. I honestly think it broke because the fan runs so fast while Engine Fault code appears that the tractor sounds like a jet.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? I am at wits end. | |
