North East Kansas | I forgot to ask you. By chance are you still limited to the 4.8 mph with the GT. This is almost exactly our experience with the series 2. It will cut at 5.2, but you can tell its pushing and leaving a touch more behind. It was never an issue when we had our 7088, but it was limited to 3400 bushels per hour before it would plug the clean grain. The new machine has no problem harvesting at higher bushels per hour. Sometimes I think a 16 row head would be great, but our bin size doesn't allow us to get through some rows as it is on good irrigated. | |
