It's only an available attribute in Field Analyzer Beta.....I thought it was in the regular one too but that's not what I'm seeing on my end now. I thought they were doing away with the 2 different versions of Field Analyzer but....not yet I guess. So you pick the field you want in Field Analyzer and then hit the yellow link on the left side for FAB. Or at the top row of tools at any time, pick FAB from the Analyze list. You'll get a longer list of attributes and you can mess with side by side or layered stuff too if you want as far as view goes. You can edit your legend ranges too in FAB
