The main thing we have problem is size. Get it to 100 kb or less with a resizer or just email it to yourself in small size.
Save that picture, hit the submit button, browse for the picture and upload to the NAT server. It will say OK or Too Big, go resize.
Hit submit and it should appear. Took me awhile!
