The worst creeper (they're all bad) is the one that starts rolling out as you are taking your turn making a left hand turn in front of them. Double annoyance if they are also fixing to turn left and have their wheels turned so they are invading your space.even more.

Then there are the ones with their very own version of the rules.for negotiating a 4 way intersection.

 - Some will not enter an intersection that is already occupied by another vehicle. Really annoying to be behind when they start to go then keep yielding to others as the others start to go.

 - Some believe that a car approaching from your right has the absolute right of way even if you are at your stop line waiting to see if they can actually get stopped before they enter the intersection.

 - This is stoplight related, there's no left turn lane, the lane to your right is right turn only and full and the dumbazz in front of you will not move across the stop line to be ready to make the turn.
 and are too timid to take control and end up waiting through an extra light.
