Rod were the boats origanallly manafested to load out of NOLA?
And are they now manafested to Brazilian ports
Also at least 2 and most likely 3 of the ships were on long-term lease ( three year minimum lease) thus making demurrage a mute point in reality, but not efficient to leave empty.
