So Xi and Chicoms need soybeans and aren't waiting around. the pile just got shifted for origin and probably paid a premium for those beans also vs. NOLA values.
I do think those Chinese traders understand the freight/logistics costs of having a boat just "hanging out in the middle of gulf/ocean" doing nothing.
