Take the 1/2 inch bolts holding gear box in casting. Then use good impact hammer against the auger where the weld is and the vibration will lower the gearbox out. If someone is there pry down on gearbox while using impact hammer. If by yourself you just have to jam something against gearbox to put pressure on it.Works every time
