On this farm the deer are awful. If we owned it they would be shot or fields be fenced. Half of the farm is in Timothy and the other half rye with beans planted after its cut. We make our money of the hay and straw. The soybean are planted just to appease the land owner. For full disclosure: we do have very good crops on other farms. It might be a record corn crop if disease lets it finish. Drying some 0075 out in the oven. It will be our first harvested and wanting to have the vomatoxin checked so we know what to expect.
