| I’m not trying to be rude here because you add a lot and sound like you have your head on straight.
I’m assuming here. You are 36, single with no family of your own, and live at home.
Life is easy to be sold out on everything at that point. Most of us aren’t in that position.
Some of us have young children, have scrapped, scrimped, and done without to start our own business, and have had some clobbers in life against us.
Makes a big difference when folks say borrow all you can. | |
