| “Proper debt load”, yes it’s ok to borrow money and sometimes it can be quite the advantage, just make sure you know the risks and you have a plan if everything doesn’t go your way because it most likely won’t.
Prepare for the downside because the upside takes care of itself.
If I didn’t use leverage I wouldn’t have what I do today. I think it’s foolish to think everything is going to the moon, equally I think it’s foolish to think everything is going to fall off the face of the earth.
