Watching this. I have a 1042. Love the tractor. At the time I could have got a 1038 for maybe 30-40k cheaper. Maybe I should've gone that route because the 1042 has never been short on power. 942 would have a 540 pto and smaller engine displacement smaller frame but I don't think it'd be much cheaper than a 1038.
