Actually its the busiest time here,calmer in the cooler months (all 9 of them ) and way less traffic.Portland is a really liberal place.Lots of homeless.Lots of coffee shops.Lots of alternative life style(you know what I mean).Homes that were dumps now 2 million and still dumps.Just keep driving down east or up north a couple hours.
