Sioux County, NWIA | First thing to do is make sure the net knife is sharp. This leaves a more even tail for the bale and stationary roll to grab. Next you will probably need to increase the tail length as much as possible. This is done by moving the duck bill home stop up in the slots. IF YOU DO THIS YOU WILL NEED TO ADJUST THE NET BRAKE RELEASE ALSO! The net brake release may even be part of the problem already. Toss the book spec out on that and increase the amount of brake release until the wrap works every time! If you are pressed for time forget sharpening the knife unless it is severely dull.
