 Aggieland | Just make sure it’s compatible with the newer refrigerants coming out such as the r1234y or whatever they are calling it.
R410a which is the standard in HVAC systems will soon begin being phased out for something “more environmentally” sound. The big issue this go around for me is different manufacturers have chosen different refrigerants so now I will have to carry at least five drums of refrigerant on the truck and people will cry when they have to pay for it too. I’m not happy about it and just like everything we’ve learned over the last year and a half science is a joke. Take everything we learned about science and hypothesis and testing and replace it with research funds, politicians and lobbyist and you’ll find your answer.
