Somebody, somewhere is reading here....I just followed the link. Now, at 6:30 pm Central time, it reads correctly-4010 was the "new generation" and the 4020 has eight speeds.
That didn't take long-do you suppose they follow up that quick when someone complains about a warranty issue or poor dealer service?
