If the wrap is not cutting most likely the rubber material on the net roll brake needs replaced. This brake holds tension on roll of net so when knife drops it cuts net clean. If rubber is wore it lets the roll of net rotate when knife drops and does not cut. This rubber brake I speak of is on the spring loaded bar u need to raise and latch up to replace or install a new roll of net. Hope this helps you out.
