I believe the PIP was for the pulley/damper replacement only and the crankshaft was fix as failed. In a 9400 application if it has the short bolt it is not IF it will break the crankshaft, but WHEN it will break. Given enough time/hours I think they will all break........poor design with the big heavy pulley hanging out there......and then add the belts pulling on it too.
