This may be a dumb question but I will ask it anyway. If you take the change from last week to this week for each state listed, why is it only -1 % change. If you add all of the numbers in the delta column, it is a -16% change. Since some states have a lot more corn than other states, do they give more significance to those states when determining the % change?
