![](/profile/get-photo.asp?memberid=8876&type=profile&rnd=421) LUMBERTON NC | yep saw that problem in 97 when i worked for deere very common failure i usually begins by the balancer getting shook loose from the crank and u kept running it ... i accually have seen the loose balancer run and wobble so bad that it wore the crank out and a new one would not stay in place ... i remember one machine we put 2 balancers on to get harvest done b 4 it was pulled down to replace the crank ..... look to see if the balancer got shook loose ...DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES WITH IT....REPLACE... was lucky one time and caught one as it came loose just replaced the balancer and tighten the snot out of it with locktight on the bolt .. 9400 owners with a 359 engine check this often dailey as i have seen this over and over in the 9400 combine...IHSMOKE | |
