Setup your accounts again with the Windows Live Mail on the desktop.
You may have to call your ISP to get the server settings. It is a bare-bones Outlook type program but seems to work nicely.
If you upgraded your system you may have lost all of your addresses or contacts. There should have been a "wizard" that would help transfer the data ?
