Bathroom, refrigerator and an Icemaker
But put the icemaker in the non air conditioned part
Ours is adequate size at 16' X18' have 2 computer areas and 3 desks--a big copy machine is pretty useful

Forgot microwave
Add we put our office in a lean to added to our shop many years back BUT before you add lean to-- price just making the building bigger and walling off office from shop
Having storage on top of office--may not be much more $
One more add need a label maker of some sort FWIW we have 5 big 4 drawer file cabinets Label the drawers --love my filing system
